  • Foam Brush
  • Round Foam Brush
  • White Paint
  • Orange Paint

DIY Wood Pumpkin Trio Fall Decor Tutorial

1) Prepare pumpkins & bases for paint by sanding as needed. Paint pumpkins & bases orange or white all around. We chose to paint two pumpkins orange and one white. Let dry.

2) Paint dots by lightly dabbing & twisting the round foam brush onto the pumpkin in a desired pattern. For different color dots be sure brush is completely dry before using on another color.

3) Paint lines on your pumpkins as desired. Use painters tape for even straighter lines. Let dry. You can distress your pumpkins with the sandpaper for an aged farmhouse look.

4) Add raffia to the stems. If you would like to use your pumpkins on a flat surface or table, glue your pumpkins to the base. 
These wood pumpkins are perfect to display together as a trio on a mantle, tablescape or on a ledge or bookcase. They can also be displayed separately around the home for some perfect fall accents.
