Refund policy

Subscribers may cancel at anytime by visiting www.HomeMadeLuxe.com and logging in or emailing us at info@homemadeluxe.com. Canceling does not refund you, it stops the auto-renewing of your subscription. Once an order is placed and paid for please refer to our refund policy below. We DO NOT refund your subscription once it renews! You will receive a renewal notice via email before your subscription renews. You must cancel your subscription before the payment processes on the 15th of the month. 

Refunds are not given based on a customers dislike for the current or future project, change of mind after purchase or any other reasoning. 

If an item arrives broken during transit or is missing, please email info@homemadeluxe.com as soon as possible and we will mail a replacement out to you immediately!

ALL KITS MUST BE INSPECTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM. WE WILL NOT REPLACE ITEMS AFTER 15 DAYS.

  • No refunds will be given due to not clearly following our policies & procedures.
  • No refunds will be given if box is returned to Home Made Luxe, customer is responsible for additional shipping cost to ship box to correct address.
  • Home Made Luxe is NOT held liable for any damaged clothing, furniture, or any other item in your home while using our products. We are not held responsible for your use of these items while crafting/creating in areas where items can get damaged while wearing good clothing.
