Shipping policy

All subscription boxes are shipped around the 1st Saturday of the month. For example: subscribe on January 15th, your box will ship between the first Saturday of February. One time craft kits are processed withing 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your box has shipped.

• Shipped to wrong address? Home Made Luxe is NOT responsible for customer inputting wrong address during check out and package being delivered to the wrong address. No refunds will be given If box is returned to Home Made Luxe, customer is responsible for covering shipping cost to ship box to correct address.
